Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by User

Users can cancel their bookings directly through the ProPlay.Zone booking-history dashboard. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booked slot are eligible for a reschedule or refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot time are non-refundable.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment via Razorpay. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

3. Cancellation by ProPlay or the Club

In the rare event that a club must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, weather), users will be notified immediately and provided with a full 100% refund or a free reschedule.
